Guests have access to the entire home! You can park in the long paved driveway or in front of the 2 garage! You can easily park up to 5 cars during your stay! After booking, you will receive a key code for the front door for an easy breezy check in process! Please note the following: 1. During the season of October 1st through April 14th, we keep our BBQ Grill, Firepit and outdoor fire pit chairs in our garage to keep them out of the weather, and make it available on guest request.(If your booking is outside of these dates the BBQ Grill, Firepit and fire pit chairs will be automatically set out for you in the backyard.) 2. If you use the BBQ or firepit we ask that you make sure that the fire is fully extinguished and that you put the covers back on the BBQ + firepit before you head back inside. Always remember to turn the propane tank OFF when you are done using the BBQ. Safety is our #1 priority and we hope future guests can enjoy it as much as you. 3. If you use our complimentary beach towels, please make sure to bring them back to the house so that we can wash them and get them prepared for our next guests! 4.. If you moved any furniture during your stay, please return it to its original spot before you check out. 5. No keys to lose or to return- woohoo! You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you in a message after you book! 6. We do politely ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am both inside and outside for our neighbors. Our Policies: PET-FREE HOME: We know you love your animals, but we have decided to have a pet-free home for those that have extreme allergies. NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! No smoking, vaping, drugs or e-cigarette devices of any kind. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We can’t wait for you to stay with us!
