There are two apartments side by side and the Mojave stay is on the RIGHT hand side. You will also see a sign on the door that says UNIT A, and it says above the door MOJAVE STAY, so you can’t miss it! Park underneath the home on the right hand side Guests have access to the entire home! Enter through the front door of the Mojave Stay and tap in your keyless entry code and voila, you’ve arrived at your home away from home! would recommend making use of UBER or LYFT which is very accessible and prominent throughout the city. OR I would recommend renting a car :) Parking is easy as there is tons of parking on property. There is a very long drive way able to accommodate at least three cars. There is also additional concrete in front of the house for more parking if needed. Street parking is first come first serve and free. It is almost always available right in front of the home as well. Please note the following: 1. Florida is Tropical. In such an environment, we frequently encounter local wildlife which includes insects. Our home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters . However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as the place is treated). Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund for the occasional dead or live bug. It's Florida and that’s part of our environment. If you happen to see a bug just let us know and we can spray for you! We do not foresee this being an issue during your stay but we must mention it. 2. This Bungalow comes with quirks and charm. Sometimes 100 year old homes aren’t right for everyone. Please send us a message if you have any questions or are in doubt about your booking. 3. No keys to lose or to return — woohoo! You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you in a message after you book! 4. We do politely ask guests to respect quiet hours from 11pm-8am both inside and outside for our neighbors. 5. We created a list of our favorite places to eat, drink and hang out for you! You’ll receive a digital copy of our “My Tampa Guidebook” in your AirBnB inbox. Our Policies: NO PETS ON FURNITURE: We know you love your animals, but we kindly ask that you keep them off of our furniture as it can leave a smell, stains and hair that is hard to remove. NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We can’t wait for you to stay with us!
