Alberta Retreat is located on the second floor of our home, and has its own private entrance, wholly dedicated to your stay. Walk up the flight of stairs directly in front of the home when you arrive and enter your keyless entry code and voila, you’ve arrived at your home away from home! It's literally 200ft from one of the best streets in Portland! If you happened to desire to stray away from Alberta St. for some Portland adventures you can just hop on any of the main line busses that stop on the street about 3 blocks from the house. ✔ No keys to lose or to return- woohoo! You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you in a message after you book! ✔ Walking Score: 96! You won’t need a car to get around! ✔ Bike Score: 100! This is truly a biker's paradise! ✔ Transit Score: 48 - Several nearby public transportation options. ✔ We created a list of our favorite places to eat, drink and hang out for you! Our Policies: NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. GO EASY ON OUR NEIGHBORS: When using the private patio deck, please be considerate of our neighbors. They're really nice and we'd like to keep them! Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. 1. Our home is well maintained and treated periodically for pests and insects. However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as we have a pest control service). If you happen to see a bug just let us know, we can schedule our pest control for a visit. While we don't foresee this being an issue during your stay, we do back up to a lot of green space and wanted to mention it. 3. ⚑ Oregon law requires we use a standard lease agreement for all stays that are 45 nights or longer.
