As mentioned, this location is superb and central to all Tampa has to offer. 1. Florida is Tropical. In such an environment, we frequently encounter local wildlife which includes insects. Our home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters . However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as the place is treated). Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund for a dead or live occasional bug. It's Florida and that’s where we live. If you happen to see a bug just let us know we can spray for you! We do not foresee this being an issue during your stay but we must mention it. 2. There are 3 small stairs in order to enter and exit this home which may affect those with special accessibility needs. 3. No keys to lose or to return- woohoo!
