A short Uber ride of about five to ten minutes will get you to Busch Gardens, Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Armature Works, Hyde Park, South Tampa, The Port, Tampa International Airport, Lowry Park Zoo, The Aquarium, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, The Straz Center, and SO much more. This house is very centrally located. Guests have access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment! Your home is located on the 2nd floor (UPSTAIRS) and you will see a clear UNIT B sign right next to the front door! Here’s how you easily get there: When you arrive, park in front of the wooden fence at one of the designated parking spots. You will see a sign that says VISITOR parking! Enter through the wooden gate and walk across the sea-shelled path to staircase on the right hand side of the home. Walk up the staircase and you’ll see a “B” sign to the left of the front door. Enter your front door keyless entry code that you’ll receive in your messenger and voila, you’ve arrived at your home away from home! Please note the following: 1. Florida is Tropical. In such an environment, we frequently encounter local wildlife which includes insects. Our home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters . However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as the place is treated). Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund for a dead or live occasional bug. It's Florida and that’s where we live. If you happen to see a bug just let us know we can spray for you! We do not foresee this being an issue during your stay but we must mention it. 2. We fully renovated a gorgeous 1920’s bungalow bringing it into the modern era! Built as a two-family home, you’re looking at the UPSTAIRS 2 bedroom apartment, Havana Loft. If walking up a flight of stairs is not accessible to you, we suggest booking our downstairs unit, The Havana Cabana which is located on the first floor (check our profile for this listing!). Your unit is completely private and dedicated to your stay! 3. We created our Outdoor Oasis in order for you to have an incredible experience during your stay! This is a shared space for both the downstairs and upstairs private apartments and all the amenities are available during your stay. 4. If you use the BBQ or firepit we ask that you make sure that the fire is fully extinguished and that you put the covers back on the BBQ + firepit before you head back inside. This ensures our outdoor oasis is in great condition for the next guests! 5. The shared washer / dryer is located downstairs on the left hand side of the property. Walk to the back and you’ll see a white door. Open it up and you’ll see the full size washer and dryer for your use! We offer free Laundry Detergent inside your unit for your own use 6. The Bocce Ball + Cornhole games are found in the laundry room! We ask that you put the games back in the laundry room so that future guests can enjoy them. Please do not leave them outside– the Florida sun can be brutal! 7. No keys to lose or to return- woohoo! You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you in a message after you book! 8. We do politely ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am both inside and outside for our neighbors. Our Policies: NO PETS ON FURNITURE: We know you love your animals, but we kindly ask that you keep them off of our furniture to prevent any damage whether that be scents, stains or hair. NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We can’t wait for you to stay with us!
